Now Hiring: Cleaning Technician (Part-Time/Full-Time)
Position Overview

RealNeat Clean is growing and seeking friendly, dependable, and motivated team members who take pride in their work and enjoy making a positive impact. Applicants should have at least 1–2 years of professional cleaning experience, and we provide additional training to ensure consistency and success.
In this role, you’ll clean homes thoroughly and efficiently while representing RealNeat Clean values with professionalism and care.
What You’ll Do
- Perform high-quality cleanings (dusting, moping, vacuuming, scrubbing, and etc.)
- Follow detailed cleaning checklist to ensure consistent results
- Treat client’s homes with care, respect, and professionalism
- Provide excellent customer service
- Communicate clearly with the team and report any issues or damages promptly
- Take pride in their work and attention to detail
- Be dependable and punctual
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM
(Weekends Off!)
Pay:
- Starting Pay: $16.00 per hour
- Top Pay: Up to $25.00 per hour
- Paid weekly via direct deposit (every Friday)

Travel Pay:
- $7.25 per hour while driving between jobs
Must-Have Requirements:
- Your own vehicle
- Valid driver’s license
- Current auto insurance
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, kneel, and perform physical cleaning tasks
- Lift up to 30 pounds
- Very dependable and trustworthy
- Clean background check
- Love for pets
- Detail-oriented and committed to quality
- Legally allowed to work in the United States
- Have positive attitude
- Be drama free
Experience Needed
- 1-2 years of experience
- We do provide comprehensive, paid training
